Some Galaxy S9 owners also use a USB flash drive to save offline videos and music files. After you make the USB connection between your Android and a computer, you can transfer files back and forth. STEPS:

1. Plug in your USB flash drive to the OTG cable.

4. Simply open your file manager app and you should see the USB in the storage options.
